STATES WHERE PEPPER SPRAY IS RESTRICTED:
NEW YORK - New York residents may only purchase defense sprays from licensed Firearms
Dealers or licensed Pharmacists in that state.
MASSACHUSETTS - Massachusetts residents may only purchase defense sprays from licensed
Firearms Dealers in that state.

STATES THAT HAVE SOME RESTRICTIONS:
MICHIGAN - OC Pepper Spray (this is our type of pepper spray) can be no stronger then a 2%
concentrate. CS is the only Tear Gas accepted and can be no larger then 35 grams per can.
No combination spray allowed.
WISCONSIN - Pepper only. No Tear gas, or UV Dye or combination sprays. OC can be no
stronger then a 10% solution. Can must be between 15-60 grams only. Must have safety
feature. * We do not offer non-UV dye at this time.

order, the buyer represents that the products ordered will be used in a lawful manner and

days" which is Monday-Friday excluding holidays.. We do not ship to APO or FPO
mailing addresses. If claims are made of non-delivery but tracking indicates that the
package was delivered, All American Protection will initiate a full shipping

Credit card orders of a value higher then $1000.00 are subject to review and may require
an alternative form of payment such as payment by check or money order.. In some rare
instances, a second company will charge your card. Our company may sometimes use affiliate
distributors for charges and shipping on orders. All Model #'s of products do not
necessarily reflect the manufacturer's model #. Void where prohibited.
